We are now looking for a service-oriented and practical person to join our team in Helsingborg - a role where you actively contribute to our vision of simplifying and enriching life through thoughtful housing.

Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for service-oriented and efficient property management. You will handle maintenance requests from tenants, and your workdays will vary with different types of tasks. Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that our residences are pleasant by keeping them whole, clean, and functional, both inside and around the buildings. You will conduct regular inspections and address any issues found.
• Handling simple plumbing issues
• Working with planned maintenance and proactive measures
• Ensuring fire safety requirements are met
• Reviewing invoices and making material purchases
• Conducting inspections as needed

You will start your workday at our office in Helsingborg and then travel to the properties you are responsible for, where you will manage your tasks and conduct inspections. The residential portfolio varies and is located in both Helsingborg and Landskrona. You will work efficiently using digital tools, which give you a good overview of your tasks and make it easy to plan your day. Both task management and inspections are done via an application on your mobile or tablet.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property management or equivalent relevant work experience
• Previous experience as a Property Manager, Property Technician, or Repair Technician
• Knowledge of locks, appliances, and electrical systems is an advantage
• Good computer skills and experience with digital tools
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus as our tenants come from all corners of the world)
• Driver's license B required
